We have a great picture on our refrigerator from a promo we went to at Claude and Lana's house. It is Tessa and Lisa, standing in front of the door to the gym and etched in the glass door are these very powerful words:  Only the disciplined are free.  Thank you Claude and Lana for your leadership!

Recently re-read Tolkien's The Hobbit so here a couple of nuggets from the always wise Gandalf the grey:
