My favorite quote when it comes to learning is from Friedrich Von Hayek who said, "Nothing is more securely lodged than the ignorance of the experts." This helped me realize that criticism from the "experts" is usually ignorance in disguise and that if someone is willing to work, think, and PDCA, he or she can accomplish practically anything! Keep cranking guys and gals! I love this forum to learn from the amazing LIFE Leadership community! :)

Wow Jenna!! I just received that cd a few days ago and that quote makes me excited to listen to it! Its so true. our initial emotions are almost always wrong, and if we listen to them we make bad decisions. Tim is so great at success thinking.
